We have two types of International Assignments:

• Management Development Assignment : designed to gain broader international experience.

• Resource Assignment: designed to transfer special know-how to a Country where expertise may not be available locally.

The duration of International Assignments is defined on the basis of our business needs and need to further internationalize our management.  Typically, the duration of International Assignments will vary from short term (3-18 months) to long term (3-4 years).
