Order Status Guided Tour

This Service allows registered users of mybusiness@cibasc to review the status of all their orders placed by Internet, Telephone or Fax.  

• The user can search for orders by P.O. number, Internet Order number, Bill-to, Ship-to, Delivery Date, Last Update Date or Product name.
• Then the user can access directly to documents related to those orders (MSDS and CoA)  

The system supports the following status changes:

RECEIVED: The Order has been received and is being processed
CONFIRMED: The goods are allocated (Not contractual)
SHIPPED: The goods have been shipped
DELETED: The order line has been deleted
