Their shareholders are Ciba Specialty Chemicals Holding Inc. and Ciba Specialty Chemicals AG, both of them members of Ciba Specialty Chemicals Inc. group, with its heaqdquarters in Basel, Switzerland.

Ciba Especialidades Químicas S.A. has its administrative offices on the first floor of Panamericana Plaza Building, strategically located in the intersection of Panamericana Highway and General Paz Road.
