Many of our customers in the UK and Ireland have already found that setting up a direct debit mandate for payment in GBP is a simple step that saves them time and effort - avoiding order delays through late payment and simplifying payment processes - and also, of course, it makes our administration easier too.
With a direct debit arrangement, we would send you a monthly notice of payment due and this would be with you at least 14 days ahead of your bank account being debited - plenty of opportunity for you to raise any queries with us and see them resolved to your satisfaction ahead of payment.
