Ciba® SMARTLIGHT® RL 1000 is a plastic additive whose performance was confirmed by a set of agronomic field trials in major cut flower markets. These field trials have been carried out in different countries and conditions to try to take into account the variability of parameters such as climate, variety of crop, greenhouse design and farmer practices. In these field trials the benefits delivered by this luminescent additive on the crop growth have been significant.
