Montse Guillamón

Montse has a degree in Sciences of Information from the University of Barcelona (Spain) and a masters degree in Corporate Communications from the University of Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. She joined Ciba in 1986, first as Marketing Communicator and then as Account Manager for additives in the Industry Segment Agriculture.

Since January 2006, she has been focusing her activities as a Business Developer on Ciba® TINUVIN® NOR™ 371. Her mission is to promote the use of HALS for light and thermal stability as well as extended pesticide resistance of agricultural films in Europe. In addition, she is introducing this technology to the value chain.

Montse works closely with agro film distributors, cooperatives, warehouses and farmers to keep them informed about the effects and benefits of NOR technology and also to maintain a close link to the needs and trends of the agriculture market.
