Colors and Additives for Insulation Application

Choosing a stabilization and coloration package or other effects from Ciba's portfolio depends on the polymer that is selected and the specifics of the end-use application. Ciba® IRGANOX®, Ciba® IRGASTAB®, Ciba® CHIMASSORB® and Ciba® TINUVIN® are optimized processing and light stabilizer systems, Ciba® IRGAGUARD® antimicrobials are added to inhibit the growth of bacteria, algae and fungi in polymers. ATMER™ or Ciba® IRGASTAT® P products provide permanent and non-permanent antistatic properties to foam insulation materials and other plastic building products.
