Due to its very good all around properties, Polyesters are used in electrical applications such as fiber optic cable (PBT); automotive applications (PBT) in conjunction with PC as an alloy/blend) for body panels; and packaging applications such as bottles for fruit juice, mineral water and beer (PET).
