Ciba is headquartered in Basel, Switzerland. Switzerland also hosts key research, development and production centers. About 2,450 out of our more than 13 000 employees worldwide work in one of the four Swiss sites; Basel, Kaisten, Monthey and Schweizerhalle. The sites play an important role in management, research and development, production and marketing and sales for the whole company.
