Suppliers are selected on the basis of specifications, price, delivery and supply conditions. In addition, criteria such as production potential, competence, backward and forward integration, environment, health and safety (EHS) standards, market position, strategy and innovative potential are applied.

Global Procurement is a functional and regional matrix organization. Ciba Global Procurement is integrated with our Ciba businesses on global, regional and plant level.
